Executive Team

 Nicholas Gordon is a Senior Vice President of Institutional Investments for Millennium Commercial Properties.  In his initial 24 months, he closed over $200M.  Nick joins HighPointe Capital as a Managing Partner, Capital Markets and Power Generation.

Mr. Gordon has a 25+ year career as an entrepreneur and private equity investor and has co-founded a variety of real estate and medical companies. Prior to Millennium, he was a Managing Partner at Forstmann Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank co-founded by Tony Forstmann and family; he also co-founded Global Trust Group, a private equity company that deployed over $30M in multiple startup companies Neuroptics, Pex, Databouy, Riveting Entertainment, Desilux, and select real estate projects. He also co-founded Empire Commercial, a real estate development company that managed the $50M redevelopment of the landmark Trang Tien Plaza in Hanoi with famed Las Vegas architects at BW&A.

He is an owner and co-founder of AMP Medical Products a private label skincare company serving over 400 dermatologists, plastic surgeons and private retail brands both domestically and internationally.
Nick is a graduate of the William F. Harrah College of Hospitality and received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada Las Vegas; he also attended Culinary School at Boston University.  He also enjoys, skiing, golfing, and training in MMA. Nick has been kickboxing for over 20 years and was a co-owner of Syndicate MMA in Las Vegas. 

Philanthropically, Nick supports and sponsors orphanages and children in Asia through HOLT International for the past 25 years as he was adopted through HOLT from Korea as an infant.
 

Mr. Gordon believes family is the most important investment and his wife Monica and 4 adult children Erik, Maia, Kenedy, and Hallie, are all core to his success as a father and he sees them as supporting partners in his success.

 Tom began his career in the highway construction and rock quarry business performing various roles at Hoover Inc throughout high school and college.  Tom currently serves as President of Nashville TN-based Hoover Inc., an operator of limestone quarries in Tennessee and Alabama,  hot mix asphalt plants, Ready Mix operations.  Hoover Inc has provided paving and grading services throughout the Nashville TN region for over 60 years. Tom joins HighPointe Capital as a Managing Partner, Heavy Industries and Fuel Sourcing.  

In 2015 Tom and his father founded another business in Nashville, Hoover Materials LLC, which operates an aggregate quarry operation, a sand and gravel operation and a hauling company, which supports the hauling of their products throughout the greater Nashville Market.  Of note, their latest location was a greenfield quarry operation, which was the first greenfield quarry to be approved in the Metro Nashville/Davidson County market since the county was incorporated in 1963.  Tom was instrumental in navigating the permitting, zoning and political approval process to secure local, state regulatory agencies amongst opposition from various  government officials as well as competitors. 

Tom is currently serves as President of all three companies, Hoover Materials LLC., Hoover Sand and Gravel LLC., and Hoover Transportation LLC as he oversees all three companies’ day to day business.   In addition, Tom is the principal Broker and owner of Hoover Realty LLC, a commercial real estate firm which he founded in 2013 that specializes in commercial and industrial real estate throughout the U.S.  A part of the quarry site selection team at Hoover Inc., Tom specializes in siting new industrial locations for potential greenfield operations throughout the Southeastern US region.  In 2018 Hoover Inc was acquired by Blue Water Industries, a company headquartered in Florida.

Tom is an active member and serves on the board of Outpost Retreat which is a non-profit  dedicated to honoring the sacrifice of our Veterans and providing an experienced, comfortable and supportive environment for them..

Tom Hoover was born, raised and currently resides in Nashville, TN with his wife and two children. He graduated from Belmont University with a Bachelor’s in Businesses Administration; he also holds several Professional Certifications from the State of Tennessee for aggregates and asphalt designs. 

 Raman Sud is a distinguished technology leader renowned for formulating strategic visions essential for successful data center deployments. His skill set encompasses executive acumen, global team building, and the development of infrastructure solutions aimed at achieving robust ROI and operational efficiencies. Raman joins HighPointe Capital as a Managing Partner, Fiber Networks Data Centers 

With a focus on managing and enabling teams, Raman excels in the development, design, and operation of large IP networks and data center infrastructures. His experience includes leadership roles at companies such as AWS and Iron Mountain, where he worked with global teams responsible for core networks, peering, interconnection strategy, design planning, and technology evolution supporting cloud and professional services products.

Raman's expertise extends to cryptography, perimeter security, IP network protocols, and security standards within multi-tenant facilities. He has also played key roles in technology deployment, vendor management, process development, hiring, and scaling

organizations throughout his career.

As a specialized executive with 30+ years of experience in network infrastructure development and management, Raman possesses comprehensive knowledge of network connectivity, fiber optics, and global internet routing. He is adept at designing and deploying high-performance IP networks globally, emphasizing scalability and future-proofing. Raman's contributions include the design and implementation of scalable fiber conduit systems that support current organizational requirements while accommodating future expansions. With a strong emphasis on technical project management, he ensures compliance and diversity in internal cabling, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability from Outside Plant (OSP) to Inside

Plant (ISP) and cross connects.

His deep understanding of building master plan data center hubs has been instrumental in developing state-of-the-art data centers that meet evolving organizational needs. His passion for communication and knowledge sharing is evident in his role as an adjunct faculty member at Maricopa Community College, where he built a sound technical training infrastructure for Network and data center engineering students. A published author with 30 years of experience in networking and data center space, Raman holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delhi and has achieved high-level technical certifications in Cisco, NetApp, and VMware technologies. He actively contributes to the North American Network Operators Group and Global Peering Forum as a member.

Hank Mills has over 40 years of entrepreneurial experience spanning industries such as software development, wetlands banking, medical devices, real estate development, investment banking, tax credit resourcing and telecom. Known for his resourcefulness, Hank specializes in raising capital, forging strategic partnerships, and guiding businesses from concept to acquisition.

Hank is a collaborative team builder who values long-term relationships and seeks creative strategies to align individuals and organizations with complementary goals. He has a knack for bringing together diverse collaborators who might not typically work together, fostering innovative solutions and meaningful outcomes. 

Among his achievements, Hank helped launch a groundbreaking company developing a non-invasive and safe treatment for advanced cancers. He has also played a key role in assisting senior management teams with raising equity capital, identifying strategic investment opportunities, and managing periodic divestitures. 

In addition to his professional endeavors, Hank serves in a leadership role for a nonprofit foundation dedicated to the creation and management of Christian Silent Retreat Centers. With over 25 years of service as an elder and Sunday school teacher, he exemplifies a commitment to leadership, service, and meaningful community impact.
